For those after the adventure of an activity holiday, you can go horse riding, cycling, kayaking, canoeing, hiking, rock climbing, abseiling, hang gliding, archery, tree climbing and orienteering, as well as skiing and snowboarding in the nearby Massif Central mountains.

Or for those after a more relaxing break, you can enjoy a walking holiday, pick wild mushrooms in the rich forests of the Dordogne valley, or take a serene tour of the Dordogne river whilst eating a picnic of fine French regional food and wine on a Gabare - a traditional Dordogne boat, which in the past were used to transport wood down river to Bordeaux for the production of oak wine casks.

Activities are provided by ADN (Adventures Dordogne Nature) and Elevage du Sagiran, both specialised and well established companies that provide an excellent service. All instructors are fully qualified and registered with the independent French safety standard organisations for cycling, tourism, mountaineering, skiing, archery, fly-fishing and hang gliding.
